Terms and conditions

Payment policy:

We accept Paypal (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as payment. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or directly in our offices please contact us. Your credit card will be charged by Blue Trippers SA de C.V. with the total amount of the reservation. You must present the service coupon when you make the check-in or with your guide when boarding the bus or transfer. We will not be held responsible for any incident or matter that may occur if you previously had not contacted your guide. The cardholder or the client on behalf must sign the boarding pass when you are boarding the tour. The voucher/boarding pass is not valid until signed by the Lead Traveler, and presented at the start of the tour, attraction or activity along with a valid photo identification bearing the name of the Lead Traveler.

Refund and cancellation policy:

The following cancellation policy applies for all our tours and transfers.

• Cancellations made 48 hrs before, 100% refund
• Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before, 80% refund
• Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before, 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before, no refund
• No show, no refund
• All changes are subject to availability, on 24 hours prior request.

Concent:

By making a reservation to purchase a product from Blue Trippers you, the customer, hereby acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms and conditions contained herein. It also authorizes the use of photographic and audiovisual material of the activities carried out during the contracted services to be used in printed materials or off the internet (offline) and materials on the internet (online), such as: magazines, website, social networks, etc. If any term or condition or any portion hereof is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect, and, if possible, the portion(s) found unenforceable will be construed in a manner consistent with the remaining portions.
